My Story-unfiltered
For most of my life, fitness was never about strength, confidence, or feeling my best. It was about being the smallest version of myself. I spent so many years locked in a cycle of restriction, guilt, and endless cardio-trying to outrun an eating disorder that quickly and quietly shaped how I viewed my body and self-worth. I didn’t understand fueling, I didn’t understand balance, and I certainly didn’t understand what my body was capable of once I started treating it with love and respect.
The most amazing transformation unfolded once I stopped fighting my body and started working with it!
As a wife, mother, and first responder, I’ve lived through long shifts, unpredictable schedules, stress, and the constant pressure to put everyone else first. I know what it feels like to be exhausted, overextended, and still trying to fit yourself into impossible standards. But you know what? I also know what it feels like to rebuild and thrive-not just physically, but mentally.
Strength training became my turning point. When I stepped out of my running shoes and picked up the barbell, I unleashed my inner beast. Strength training has taught me discipline, confidence, and the power of fueling an opposed to depriving. I learned that true fitness isn’t about shrinking; it’s about expanding your life. It’s about getting stronger, feeling energized, and setting an example for the people who depend on you.
Today, I coach from a place of compassion, empathy, education, and lived experience. I help women and men break free from the same cycle I broke free from. I teach sustainable nutrition, intentional training, and a mindset that supports a full, healthy life.
My mission is simple:
To help you build strength, confidence, and a relationship with food and fitness that actually supports you-no guilt, no shame, no extremes, just real progress.
If I can rebuild my relationship with food and physical fitness while navigating motherhood, marriage, and a demanding career, you can too. And I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
