  • No. I do not provide rigid or generic meal plans. Nutrition coaching focuses on education, macro guidance, and teaching you how to build meals that support your specific goals and fit your lifestyle.

    Meal plans can work short-term, but they don’t teach flexibility or independence. My goal is to help you feel confident making food choices in real life-at home, dining out, while traveling, and during busy seasons.

  • Yes-at least initially. Tracking macros is an educational tool that helps you understand portions, patterns, and how food supports your goals. As skills and awareness improve, structure can be adjusted.

  • No. Progress comes from consistency and balance, not elimination. Coaching is designed to include foods you enjoy while still supporting your goals.

  • Online coaching includes customized training, nutrition guidance, regular check-ins, and ongoing support through a coaching platform-all designed to fit into your schedule.

  • In-person coaching focuses on strength training, proper technique, accountability, and foundational nutrition guidance during sessions.

  • In-person coaching sessions are 60 minutes.

  • Sessions are held at an agreed-upon training location. Details are explained during booking.
